Return and Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping with Dynamic Design Hub. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and refund policy.

 Returns:

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Dynamic Design hub to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Customer are responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

 

Refunds:

refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. 

If the return meets our eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. 

Digital are not eligible for return or refunds. 

 

Exclusion: 

Customized or personalized items are NOT eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect or error in craftsmanship.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defected. 

Damage or Defected Items: 

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, sale items, downloadable items, are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Cancellations: 

orders for custom items cannot be canceled once production has begun. 

For non-custom items, cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. 

Changes to this policy: 

Dynamic Design hub reserves the right to modify or update this return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
